saturday night…

after a very lazy day master sivell came Over tO fit a fabulOusly crap new dOOr bell with 32 pOlyphOnic ring tOnes… YES, 32 tOtally shite rings!!!! we finally settled On the star spangled banner! I whipped up a tagine fOr us,  kelly and my beautiful mini g whO invited himself arOund fOr sOme x factOr chaOs…

i used sO much tumeric it stained my fingers sO they nOw lOOk like an 89 year Old, chain smOking, pickled cadaver’s. kel and vaughan fled tO a party in sOuth lOndOn and min and i behaved like nitwits. jOy.

had a lOvely late lunch with geOrgie On upper street this afternOOn. i alsO discOvered that the pub that was Once being attacked by a giant OctOpus has nOw had a spaceship mishap.

they really are having a run Of bad luck.

after an Ofsted inspectiOn and an evening Of private tutOring i met a newly camera shy friend (see, i tOld yOu i wOuldn’t put a head shOt On!) in sOhO fOr dinner and a few drinks. (lOving the crazy 60’s inspired christmas decOratiOns On carnaby street).

When i said i had had enOugh Of teaching and wanted tO get Out he said,

went tO a fabulOus sOiree at vaughns last night then wOke tO a text frOm him that said;

“dear glenn, i just want tO say that i respect myself. i dOn’t knOw why yOu have tO bring yOur issues tO my flat. my dyslexia is remissiOn and i belive (sic) i can beat it. we are ObviOusly very different peOple. but please try tO give me time tO grOw. tO grOw intO my full self and eventually tO grOw intO the wOman i will find tO lOve me. respect and peace.”

I really need tO find sOme new friends.

friday night with ms brOad…

sO last night kelly and i went tO a “secret supper club” in hackney; basically a restaurant in sOmeOnes hOuse!!!! kOOkyrama! On paper it’s such a great idea. very nice fOOd served in an intimate atmOsphere with an interesting grOup Of strangers. we knOw peOple whO have had a fab time dOing it. the fOOd was nice but sadly the cOmpany duller than a wrung Out dishclOth. Other than each Others cOmpany and this phOto, Our favOurite part was grabbing Our cOats.

alsO yesterday a 10 year Old bOy tOld me (cOmpletely seriOusly) that i shOuld be a mOdel because i am “sO lOvely and tall”… aahh, the innOcence Of yOuth.
